An alumnus of the National University of Singapore (NUS), Gan was called to the Bar in 2016. He commenced practice with Winston Quek & Co. as a legal associate before becoming a partner of the firm in 2020.

Under Winston’s tutelage, Gan has acquired 10 years of experience in civil litigation, high-conflict family law and construction disputes. He is also well-versed in handling sensitive defamation claims. Having acted as lead counsel before all levels of the Court, including the Court of Appeal, he brings sharp strategy and tireless energy to every case.

Under the tutelage of Winston Quek, Guo Bin has built extensive experience in civil litigation, high-conflict family law, and construction disputes.
