Fu Yuan Construction Pte Ltd v Fab-5 Pte Ltd [2021] SGHCR 2

In this construction claim, the Defendant attempted to set aside a garnishee order made against its bank. We successfully resisted the attempt; the Court found that the Defendant’s purpose was “self-serving” and “desperate”, ultimately deciding that its application was “a frivolous one for which no litigant should have a licence to pursue”.

Luminous Oilfield Pte Ltd v Meyar Asia Pte Ltd [2020] SGDC 258

We acted against a defendant who had failed to pay for goods sold and delivered. Although the defendant claimed that the wrong goods were delivered, we successfully obtained judgement for the claimant for a sum of around $100,000.00.

UZO v UZP and another [2019] SGHCF 27

In this divorce matter, we acted for the Husband: a businessman and a director/shareholder of various companies. The Husband obtained a 58.5% share of the matrimonial assets (about $2.5 million) and was not required to transfer any part of his companies to the Wife.

USR v USS [2019] SGFC 19

TND v TNC and another appeal [2017] SGCA 34

In this divorce matter before the Court of Appeal, we acted for the wife in obtaining a 33.6% share of the matrimonial assets, amounting to almost $11 million.

ASC Pte Ltd v ASD Pte Ltd [2015] SCAdjR 70; [2015] SGSOP 2

In this construction claim under the Security of Payment Adjudication Act, we obtained a determination for more than $6 million. The Respondent was represented by WongPartnership LLP.
